Membership Information
Membership is open to all Indians who are of at least 18 years of age or above, and have an interest in the furtherance of the objectives of BVG, and have paid the annual subscription as laid down from time to time by Executive Committee.
Annual Membership (2024-25) fee for Single: €10
Annual Membership (2024-25) fee for Family: €20
NOTE: Members without annual subscription can fill-out the form and pay your membership registration fee by cash at the Venue to participate in the event.
Membership Benefits:
- Entry FREE for Barbecue and Diwali festival event.
- A family can join at any time and yearly membership scription starts and ends on 31st October.
- BVG members are given preference for participation in cultural events.
- Discounts at various BVG organized events.
- Visiting PARENTS of BVG Members DO NOT need Membership and BVG welcomes them for FREE (no entry fee) to all the cultural Events.
- All members will have reasonable access to the full Executive Committee for any queries.
* BVG has every right to cancel the membership if member information provided proved to inaccurate or working against the objectives of BVG and membership feel will not be refunded.
§ 8 Termination of membership
- Membership ends through resignation, exclusion, death or dissolution of the legal entity.
- Resignation must be declared in writing to the Executive Board. The resignation can only be with a notice period of three months to the end of the business year.
- A member may be expelled from the Association by resolution of the General Assembly if
a) culpably damages the reputation or the interests of the association in a serious manner or
b) is more than three months in arrears with the payment of his membership fees despite a written reminder under threat of exclusion, the arrears have not been paid.
