We collect the information necessary to be able to contact you by email or /and by post This information includes contact information, like email address, telephone number and postal address, user name and password when you register on our website and if you are happy to provide, the names of your spouse, children (only for the purpose of making them a part of BVG’s cultural, charity and social activities.) An explicit permission will be sought from you as and when required to make your family a part of BVG’s activities. Please be rest assured that we will not share the data with any external organisations. The data that we store will be protected with utmost care will never be shared with any other businesses or any other charities.

This is information you provide while attending our events through membership forms(online or offline), willingly filled by you.

We use your personal data only to send you information about our festival celebrations, activities and fund raising events. We will also contact you to invite you and your family to join us and actively engage with our activities and events.

We will not share any information about you or your family to any private businesses, other charities.
We may share your information with the Government and any law enforcement agencies under court of law only under the purview of the fullest extent of the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
